Students do not need to do any kind of registration on Digi Shakti Portal, nor will any login ID be created for the students during the entire process. Only e-KYC is required. Below is the complete process of Digi Shakti Portal.
Students do not need to complete any separate registration process for digi shakti tablet free smartphone or laptop program. The scheme aims to assist students in their education journey by providing the necessary technology at no cost. All eligible students will automatically receive the required devices without any additional steps.
Student login ID is also not required.
Colleges or institutes will upload the student’s data on the portal for the scheme.
After the data is uploaded and verified, students have to complete e-KYC at digishakti.up.gov.in as per the procedure given below.
Students will be informed about the distribution of smartphones or laptops through SMS.

First of all you have to go to the official website of DIGI SHAKTI PORTAL, after that the HOME page will open in front of you, on the HOME page you will see the button of e-KYC through Meri Pehchan Portal, you have to click on it. After clicking, another page will open in front of you.

After this, you will get a form to fill in the page that opens in front of you. In that form, first you have to fill the name of your UNIVERSITY. After that, the name of the college, then you have to enter the ENROLLMENT number, fill the captcha and click on SEARCH.
After that, STUDENT DETAIL will open in front of you, where you will get a link to do KYC registration or AADHAAR e-KYC VERIFY, you have to click on it.
